TRAINING AREAS:

Gym
spacious area situated in the centre on the 1st floor is the hub of all activity

Cardio-Vascular Area, Free weights and resistance area
the ideal place to exercise with state of the art equipment whilst enjoying panoramic views of the swimming pool, aerobic studio and golf course.

Ladies Only Gym
extensive range of equipment situated in a quiet environment on the ground floor. A welcoming atmosphere ideally suited to ladies wishing to start an exercise programme with privacy and personalised attention.

Aerobic Studio
with superior sprung floor offering a comprehensive classes for all levels.

Spin Studio
is dedicated to specific spin classes which incorporate a static bicycle, a great way to burn calories and feel rejuvenated.

Squash
3 courts of which 2 are glass backed, situated on the ground floor and operating a pay as you play lighting scheme.

Swimming
12m swimming pool. Children under the age of 15 years may only use the swimming pool between the hours of 8am – 12 noon on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All other times are adult only.
