I was asked to express the gratitude and appreciation to you and members of staff of the Mount Murray Hotel for yesterday’s excellent lunch, which was enjoyed by all who attended. The Hotel staff were most efficient, cheerful, nothing was too much trouble, and they provided a very high standard of service throughout the meal.
The arrival gave a good impression and our formal dinner was excellent, with service with a smile. The staff were friendly and helpful, in fact they were all outstanding.

I would like to sincerely thank you and your team for the fantastic service we received at the induction weekend that we held at the Mount Murray Golf Club at the weekend. It was a great success for us as an organisation and I received many compliments from the business associates that were involved. The food on Friday night was excellent, and I will certainly be recommending the Golf Club to anyone looking for a professional venue in future.

My wife and I stayed at the Mount Murray last weekend, and were greeted by your reception staff who made us feel very welcome. Our room was excellent and our dinner in Mallards Restaurant on our first night was also very good. The weather was very kind to us and we made the most of our weekend by visiting Port Erin, Peel, Laxey, Douglas, Ramsey and Port St Mary, all of which gave us a great deal of pleasure.
It was my wife’s first trip back to the Island for about 23 years but we’re delighted to say it still held the same attraction as when we first visited. We sincerely hope to return to the Island and would have no hesitation in staying again at the Mount Murray.
I would like to thank you and all your team for the assistance and friendly help you gave me, it was a great success and we have already booked for next year. Every element of the day ran like clockwork and all the staff at the Golf Club were a real pleasure to work with. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Rooms very, very good and would definitely return. A very small gripe – struggled to get toasted bread, even after three attempts, but the breakfast was excellent.
Everything was excellent, especially the staff, (EVERYONE that we met was nothing but the best. The only tiny criticism is we would have liked a clock in the room, but that really is nit-picking.

We only had a one night stay but would return next time visiting the Island and would recommend to others. We found the food in the Bistro and the breakfast to a very high standard.

Just a note to say thank you for all your help with arranging (and rearranging) our Christmas Party, everyone had a great evening. The room was just the right size for us, the tables were not spaced too apart, the food was very good (in fact probably the best meal we have had) and the DJ was good too.

I would just like to say how impressed we were with the service given to us when we had a meal at the Hotel earlier this month. You are now our hotel of choice despite living some way from the Hotel. Keep up the good work and don’t change your staff.

All of the staff there in the afternoon and evening were more than helpful, very attentive and hard working. The meal was fabulous, everyone enjoyed it, and both of our directors commented it was the best Christmas event they had been to with regards to the catering in a while. So well done all round!
