    spacious area situated in the centre on the 1st floor in the hub of all activity
  • Cardio-Vascular Area, Free weights and resistance area
    the ideal place to excercise with state of the art equipment while enjoying panoramic views of the swimming pool, aerobic studio and surrounding golf course
  • Ladies Only Gym
    an extensive range of equipment situated in a quiet environment within the Fitness centre on the ground floor. A welcoming atmosphere ideally suited to ladies wishing to start an excercise programme with personalised attention.
  • Aerobic Studio
    with superior sprung floor offering a comprehensive range of classes for all levels
  • Spin Studio
    is dedicated to specific Spin classes which incorporate a static bicycle, a great way to burn calories and feel rejuvenated
  • Boxing Studio
    a specific dedicated area with boxing equipment to take your fitness training to another level
  • Synthetic pitch
    multi purpose surface for football and other team based training activities, situated in our Sports Hall

    4 glass backed courts situated on the ground floor and operating a pay as you play lighting scheme

    12m swimming pool. Children under the age of 15 years may only use the swimming pool between the hours of 8am - 10 am on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays and must be accompanied by an adult at all times
